Is this a cultural problem? .... Or a strategical problem?
Or rather a safety issue regarding the information that these networks can collect?
In France it is usually avoided posting private information and any other information.
Yet it would be interesting to impose the protection of privacy of any person who registers on these sites.
Little information is available and easily searchable on their charters.
States use these networks to collect information.
China knows that in 50 years, it will become the richest country in the world and to enjoy the supremacy of its status it must take the reins of the information systems of the country.
This is a strategic indicator of high potential to compete for large multinational.
