La Chine, forteresse imprenable

Why do most populous countries of the world such as India and China they block the access of networks in Western country?
Is this a cultural problem? .... Or a strategical problem?
Or rather a safety issue regarding the information that these networks can collect?
In France it is usually avoided posting private information and any other information.
Yet it would be interesting to impose the protection of privacy of any person who registers on these sites.
Little information is available and easily searchable on their charters.
States use these networks to collect information.
China knows that in 50 years, it will become the richest country in the world and to enjoy the supremacy of its status it must take the reins of the information systems of the country.
This is a strategic indicator of high potential to compete for large multinational.

La cybercriminalité est entrée dans une nouvelle ère

Cybercriminality represents the defi of future world security. Crimanals understand that it is more easy to just stay behind their computers to explore the new way of criminality.
We discover everyday that the cybercriminal adapt their strategy and everytime they are more smart than the system.
How can we do to protect users and everybody ?
I think that the technologies and agents deployed in the department protection is fewer compared than the importance of victims.
Authority should to impose to computers makers and smartphone makers to pay more taxes and invest that money in the protection department.
The users also should to pay 1 or 2 € whan they buy a new material to participate in the fighting against this fact. The pedophile, mafias network... use easily internet and it is too dangerous for everyone.

Usurpation d'identité : les réseaux sociaux sur la sellette
http://www.journaldunet.com/ebusiness/expert/49551/usurpation-d-identite---les-reseaux-sociaux-sur-la-sellette.shtml
Social networks are becoming more popular with surfers.
Therefore they are becoming more cautious.
They begin to pay attention to informationthey put online.
Who is responsible for identity theft and breach of the right to privacy?
These first convictions reprensentent a step towards the protection of freedoms and right to the image. If every identity theft is the subject of a complaint some thieves would pay more attention on their actions. Some pictures are simply copied and pasted from other pages whose contents are unsavory. I think that it should simply be wary and avoid posting certain information on its privacy on these pages.
