Nowadays everyone knows that the future of humanity depends on the behavior of everybody.
This fact allows reducing the energy in the cities and an inventory of housing with new standards.
It also allows planing the adequate works in the future.
It contributes also to invest in the equipment which uses less energy.
The ecologist is pessimist, then, we observe that in the developed countries a lot of efforts have done by the way.
It allows everybody to think a lot about the manner they use energy.
The other positive fact is the possibility to pay less when we consume less.
In fact I wondered myself if the technique they use is performing to determine that.
If the flats or the houses have good equipment the consumption are different between families. We can found ones with a lot of material and another ones with very few.
I mean it depends to the behavior of everyone to do more for the earth.
Therefore, the effort of one country does not enough it must be a European rule.
So, the countries that pollute the most don't do enough for the earth.
In the poor countries nothing is made; they try first to develop their countries and are looking for food and health.
By the way, the United Nations should find the good strategy to everyone and everywhere.
I think that it is a good new, for the sustainable development .
